Aleph Data is a founder-led consultancy operated in Alberta, Canada. Its founder is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@alephdata.io.
Our enquiry form collects your name, company or organization, email address, and the project details you choose to share. Industry and phone number are optional. We use this information to answer your enquiry, assess the work, and continue the conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list or sell your information.
Please do not include passwords, customer datasets, health information, or other sensitive records. If a project needs a secure exchange, we will agree on that separately.
Cloudflare hosts this website and checks form submissions for abuse. Resend processes and delivers accepted enquiries to our business mailbox. Apple iCloud Mail provides the mailbox we use to receive and reply. The website does not keep a database of enquiry contents; Resend processes the message contents and delivery records as part of its email service. Replies and the details you provide remain in our email correspondence.
We use your email address as the reply address for your enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to automated follow-up emails.
Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request details to deliver and protect the website. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission appears legitimate. It may process browser and device signals for this purpose.
Temporary submission references and keyed, non-readable fingerprints help limit abuse and prevent duplicate emails. These records do not contain the text of your enquiry. They have short expiry periods and are removed during form-request cleanup. We do not put form values in application logs.
This website does not currently run visitor analytics, session recordings, advertising trackers, or company-identification tools. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Security and delivery providers may process essential technical information; this is separate from optional marketing or behavior tracking.
Cloudflare, Resend, and Apple process information to provide hosting, security, email delivery, and mailbox services. Information may be processed or stored outside Alberta and Canada, including in the United States and other countries where these providers operate, and may be subject to the laws of those countries. Contact us for information about our use of service providers outside Canada.
Provider privacy information is available from Cloudflare, Resend, and Apple. We share information only as needed for these services, our work with you, or a legal obligation.
We keep enquiry correspondence while discussing the work and any resulting engagement. We review inactive enquiries after 12 months and remove information that is no longer needed. Contract, financial, and dispute-related records may need to be retained longer for legal or business reasons. Provider security records and backups follow the providers’ retention arrangements.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Email privacy@alephdata.io; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can address it. You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or another privacy authority with jurisdiction.
We update this page when our practices change and show the latest revision date above. Any optional analytics introduced later will have its own disclosure and the choices required for that collection.
